Monday, October 8, 11am –4pm

Take a break from class work and get hands-on experience exploring how life works from the inside out!

  • Learn all about "them bones" as you use different shapes of pasta to assemble a model of the internal support system we call our skeleton.
  • A little squeamish? Try dissecting a pumpkin to discover what's inside and why.
  • Explore the astonishing microscopic life that makes up all living organisms as you examine cells through a microscope. Learn about different kinds of cells and their amazing parts.
  • Make a model of a cell to take home with you!
